Delphinus Engineering Inc., Newtown, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $14,549,938 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for the development, fabrication, production, integration, and testing of the Victoria-class bow array and lift system. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $36,979,203. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Canada (100%).
