Lockheed Martin Corp., Owego, New York, is awarded a $9,755,583 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for updated AN/ALQ-230 electronic support measures and radar warning receiver operational flight program software, and Canadian Mission Data Load Tool software, for the government of Canada’s CH-148 Cyclone helicopter fleet. The effort includes software development, documentation, testing, installation, and training to address documented software and system trouble reports. Work will be performed in Owego, New York (97%); Ottawa, Canada (1%); Halifax, Canada (1%); and Patuxent River, Maryland (1%), and is expected to be completed in October 2030. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $9,755,583 will be obligated at the time of award. This contract was not competitively procured. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N0001927C1010).
