The Indo-Pacific Deployment 2023 (IPD23) units conducted a multilateral exercise with the United States Navy (USN), the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), and the French Navy (FN) in order to strengthen cooperation to realize a “Free and Open Indo-Pacific” as described below.

(2) To strengthen cooperation with participating navies
