Description
Site work and new construction of a military facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Working plans call for the construction of a 155,592-square-foot military facility, and for site work for a military facility.
DCC Project Number: IE036391. Design-Build; construction of a new Combatant Training and Integration Centre – Atlantic at Canadian Forces Base Halifax, Nova Scotia. The facility is expected to have approx. 14,455 m2 of functional space comprising of a Secure Training Facility, a Maritime Warfare Centre, an Engineering Development laboratory, and a Data Warfare Centre. Scope of work also includes design and construction of underground site services including potable water, sanitary, storm sewer, power, electrical, and information technology and management (IT/IM) services to the new construction site location and storage solution in support of CTIC(A) site location. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Construction is currently planned for 2026. Exact timing to be confirmed.
